The Ice Queen of no realm

Flying among the dark skies of the night, a Dragoness was in search of a new home. Forced to flee from her old home due to an unknown epidemic that caused the death of all living beings in her old home, she was forced to leave it because sustaining herself was getting more and more difficult. Finding food, the most basic of tasks, was becoming almost imposible for her, so with pain in her heart, she decided to leave her old home, and home that once knew her as the Ice Queen.

A tittle she got not because she was royalty neither chosen by royalty to have that tittle. Her tittle was given by the locals of her old home, due to her elegant body, and elegant movements, even when hunting for food, she always displayed certain elegance and those different tones of blue and White of her scales were those that made her get her tittle; actually, she was queen of no kingdom, although, she was at the top of the food chain in her old home.

She had has been flying for hours, seeing nothing but sea, sea in front of her, on both of her sides, and back as well. She reached the ocean at sunset, but now, it was past midnight, maybe more, who knows, and she was still flying crossing ethernal ocean, at least it feel ethernal for her.

She hasnt had eaten formaly in days, specially since the day she decided to start her long trip in the search of a new home. She leftovers she had before her trip were already consumed by her body in the form of energy to keep her in the air but now she was running low of energy. She was starting to fall victim of exhaustation but she couldnt give herself that momento to rest, specially because she had nowhere to rest, just wáter and no sight of land.

Her body was in pain, she was struggling to keep herself inthe air as her body was starting to feel heavy for her weakened wings to keep it in the air but them when she was about to give up and let herself fall into the ocean, she saw land, it was still quite far but only the sight ofi t, filled her heart with joy and hopes in finally finding a new home.

 Finaly, after a long flight, she reached land, now she needed to find a suitable place whe she could finally stop, and rest, and luckily for her, this new land had quite a lot of snowy mountains, and she was a big lover of the snow and low temperatures, she felt like if this new land was already welcoming her. It didnt take to much time for her to finally set paws on the snow covered ground, right in the middle of a snow White covered forest. She closed her eyes and smiled while taking a deep breath.

She was exhausted and starving, but at least she made it, and it also didnt take her to much time for her to find and old empty cave. There was only one thing she wanted to do now and was rest to recover a bif of her strength so she could explore her new home later, but for now, after entering the cave, and finding a suitable spot to lay down, she closed her eyes and fell into a Deep slumber finally allowing exhaustation to take over her body.
